La plateforme de cytométrie en flux du CRCL (CyLE) est intégrée à la SFR Santé Lyon Est et met à disposition de l’ensemble de la communauté scientifique une instrumentation de haute technologie regroupant la cytométrie en flux, la cytométrie à spectre entier (de dernière génération) et le tri cellulaire.
La plateforme est engagée depuis 2020 dans une démarche qualité pour satisfaire un haut niveau d’exigence dans la génération des données.
Les missions de la plateforme sont d’apporter support et expertise aux chercheurs souhaitant développer des projets en cytométrie en flux, du montage du panel à l’analyse des données.
La plateforme de cytométrie collabore étroitement avec la plateforme d’immuno-monitoring PI3 pour le développement de l’analyse translationnelle. Nous partageons ainsi l’expertise dans le montage de panels à haut contenu d’information et l’analyse des jeux de données afin d’optimiser le développement des études transversales conduites par la plateforme P3i.
Équipements
La plateforme de cytométrie dispose d’une large gamme de cytomètres et trieurs multi-couleurs dédiés à la recherche et à l’analyse longitudinale.

Formations
La plateforme de cytométrie propose deux types de formations : formation DiVa (cytométrie en flux) et formation SpectroFlo (Cytométrie à spectre entier).

La plateforme de cytométrie propose des prestations de marquage pour des suivis phénotypiques chez l’homme et la souris, à partir de panels optimisés, autant au niveau technique qu’analytique.
