We are pleased to announce that a seminar concerning the DEParray technology will take place on January 31st 2017 at 10:00 at the Hermann meeting room (Faculté de Médecine and Pharmacie Rockefeller, 69008 Lyon). During this seminar different applications of this technology will be presented.
This seminar is free of charge but registration is required for a good organization. Send an email to Joel Lachuer (lachuer[atte]univ-lyon1.fr) for registration.
Presentation of the technology:
The innovative DEPArray™ technology allows purification of multiple different types of cells collected from a single sample. Target cells could be identified by combinations of intracellular and extracellular immunostaining against markers, as well as with the use of morphological features such as circularity or size. Image-based selection ensures recovery of intact cells of interest, free of non-specific and false positive cells or contaminants. Isolated cells (individually or per group of interest) could subsequently analyzed for transcriptomic, epigenomics or genomics analysis, using PCR or NGS-Sequencing (Illumina sequencing).
